Senior Project Manager - Dynamics Customer Engagement

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Microsoft Dynamics delivery team in New Zealand. The role can be based in Wellington or Auckland.

You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit PMO team that genuinely values collaboration, flexibility and work/life balance. You'll play a key role in:

Delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes, working with clients, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into successful outcomes.

• Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365CE projects and strategic initiatives

• Partner closely with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and delivery plans

• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies

• Drive governance, reporting and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Your profile:

We're interested in people who combine strong project leadership with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently navigate complex environments.

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects

• Experience working for a consulting or technology vendor (essential)

• Strong project and programme management experience across multiple teams and workstreams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience delivering projects using Agile, DevOps or hybrid delivery methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach to decision making

• Public sector experience (highly regarded)

• Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2 or PMP/PMI

• Experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, or Jira and Confluence
