UX/UI Delivery Manager

Your role

As the UI/UX Delivery Manager within Capgemini, you will be responsible for coordinating and structuring the delivery of user experience across Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will oversee the end‑to‑end UX delivery workflow, ensuring that design work is consistent, aligned with product priorities, and ready for implementation by engineering teams. This role works closely with product managers, UX designers, frontend engineers, and change & communication teams to ensure that new features entering Neo deliver high quality and coherent user experience.

Your tasks

Coordinating and planning all UI/UX activities linked to new features entering the platform.

Ensuring consistency and quality of UX deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys) across all Neo interfaces.

Translating feature intake items into clear UX requirements and actionable design workstreams.

Structuring the design‑to‑delivery workflow, ensuring smooth collaboration with engineering teams.

Leveraging feedback loops to refine UX decisions and support continuous improvement of the platform experience.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience coordinating UI/UX delivery in digital or product‑driven environments.

Strong understanding of user‑centered design, design systems, and UX workflow governance.

Hands‑on experience with modern design tools such as Figma (components, libraries, prototypes) and UX documentation standards.

Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, change and communication teams to translate UX requirements into clear deliverables.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple parallel design workstreams.
