- Ensure quality and consistency of user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, decision trees, and handover documentation
- Define and maintain conversation architecture, including intents, responses, and follow-up paths
- Design and coordinate decision flows (fallbacks, escalation paths, clarification, confidence handling, user control)
- Translate feature requests into clear UX requirements and actionable design workstreams
- Drive collaboration between UX, Product, and Engineering to ensure implementation-ready solutions
- Use user feedback, testing insights, and usage data to continuously improve the experience
Your profile
- Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field

- Strong understanding of user-centered design, design systems, and design-to-development handover
- Good knowledge of AI product UX, conversational design, and decision-flow thinking
- Ability to structure user journeys, prompt flows, and multi-step interaction patterns
- Hands-on experience with Figma (components, libraries, prototyping, documentation)
