UI/UX Designer

YOUR TASKS

• Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable UI components.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers and contribute to design reviews. 

YOUR PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
