Transformation & Project Consultant

YOUR ROLE

Take the next step in your career as a Transformation Consultant and own your part of the transformation journey. You will manage workstreams, run workshops with business teams, and contribute to designing new processes and ways of working. This role gives you autonomy to lead, collaborate with senior consultants, and guide junior colleagues while delivering tangible results. You’ll see the direct impact of your work and help organizations evolve, all while building your consulting and project delivery skills. English fluency is essential, German is a plus.

YOUR TASKS

• Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned workstreams in transformation projects.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and steering materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on actions.
• Analyze data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business teams.
• Support senior managers in designing overall project structure and timelines and solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, consulting, business analysis, change management or other relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Ability to manage parts of projects independently.
• English fluency; German considered an asset.
