TMO with procurement background

YOUR ROLE

As a Consultant, you’ll be part of specific workstreams within transformation programs. You will operate at the intersection of project delivery, change management, stakeholder engagement and process redesign, helping clients reimagine how procurement supports the business. Your Procurement and/or Supply Chain knowledge and expertise will help you to deliver tailored solutions to clients in this area.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead selected streams within transformation projects.
  • Conduct process assessments, map pain points, and design future workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops with procurement teams, operations and leadership.
  • Design and invent solutions that solve clients problems
  • Own change activities: communications, adoption tracking, stakeholder alignment.
  • Work and implement with digital tools (SAP /Ariba/Coupa/iValua) during migrations, enhancements or capability builds.
  • Prepare business cases, recommendations, project materials and decision-ready insights.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, P2P/S2P processes, procurement continuous improvement, PMO, transformation or consulting.
  • Practical experience in project management
  • Understanding procurement flows
  • Experience collaborating with category managers, finance controllers, operational buyers, shared services teams and IT.
  • Experience working with or supporting digital procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, etc.).
  • Ability to run workshops, analyse workflows and engage stakeholders across procurement and finance.
  • Experience in documenting processes, workflows, SOPs or pain point analyses.
  • Practical exposure to change activities such as communication, training or adoption support.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
