Your Project
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Integrator to join our system integration and customer support team. In this innovatory project for a telecommunication leader you will be focusing on integrating innovative cutting-edge technology service with telecom suppliers and customer systems - ensuring seamless integration, operational stability, and high availability of platform services.
In this role, you'll engage directly with customers daily to address technological challenges and deliver timely solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of platform engineering knowledge, automation skills, and a strong sense of ownership for maintaining production environments, including participation in an on-call rotation and support roles.
Your Tasks
- Deploy: Deploy and configure environments in the cloud to meet the requirements.
- Maintain: Patch, upgrade, plan the capacity, and manage incident.
- Manage: Build healthy working relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Lead: Drive technical discussions to maximize integration success.
- Optimize: Improve efficiency while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Innovate: Advance the platform by prototyping, validating, and offering new solutions.
- Observe: Proactively measure and monitor system health and performance.
- Document: Reuse and improve integration processes, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
- Standardize: Ensure compliance with internal standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Support: Serve in an on-call rotation for customer support, troubleshooting, and emergency incident management.
You will also have a chance to:
- Integrate: Connect the Aduna platform to suppliers Communication Service Provider and customers.
- Solve: Troubleshoot the integration and ensure reliability of the service.
- Test: Design, write, and execute end-to-end tests to validate the integration.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm.
- Strong background [knowledge] in API integration and development (REST).
- Experience in configuration management, using Ansible or Puppet.
- Advanced proficiency in automation and scripting.
- Solid expertise in deploying and troubleshooting cloud-native applications.
- Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
- Proven experience interfacing with customers and managing relationships effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools.
- Availability for 24/7 customer support for on-call rotations and incident response roles.
- Knowledge of ITIL or SRE principles.
