YOUR ROLE

As a Supply Chain Planning Team Manager, you will join our organization as a leader responsible for driving end‑to‑end planning excellence across DRP, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, and Strategic/NTM Planning. You will lead and develop a high‑performing team of planners, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure robust planning processes that deliver high service levels and optimal inventory performance.
You will act as a key partner to cross‑functional stakeholders, shaping planning strategy, enabling data‑driven decision making, and ensuring seamless alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Operations.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑disciplinary planning team, ensuring strong capability building and engagement.
  • Oversee the full planning cycle, including DRP, supply planning, inventory management, and strategic/NTM planning.
  • Drive planning performance, ensuring accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, strong service delivery, and adherence to planning KPIs.
  • Shape long‑term planning strategy, improving processes, tools, and governance to increase speed, agility, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure demand alignment, scenario evaluation, and S&OP/IBP readiness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, eliminating waste, standardizing best practices, and supporting digitalization of planning.
  • Ensure data integrity and end‑to‑end process compliance across systems (SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder, IBP or similar).

YOUR PROFILE

  • 12+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, with extensive exposure to planning (DRP, inventory, supply, or strategic planning) — ideally within FMCG or similarly fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong leadership experience managing, developing, and motivating planning teams in a global or matrix setup.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, planning methodologies, S&OP/IBP processes, and cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Hands‑on experience with major planning systems, such as SAP, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP APO/IBP, OMP, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and scenario‑building skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing at multiple levels.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management.
