YOUR ROLE
As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring effective end‑to‑end planning across the global supply chain. You support operational planning activities, contribute to cross‑functional initiatives, and help maintain strong process discipline. Acting as a subject‑matter resource for the team, you help drive accuracy, service performance, and inventory optimization. Your work focuses on balancing supply and demand through data analysis, prioritization, and continuous monitoring of forecasts, sales trends, and supply signals.
YOUR TASKS
• Anticipate future availability risks, evaluate their impact, recommend mitigation actions, and escalate when required.
• Monitor and report key planning performance metrics, including root‑cause analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters through regular system reviews and updates.
• Continuously review planning tools and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Oversee data integrity in planning systems and initiate corrective measures when discrepancies occur.
• Collaborate with process owners to sustain and enhance end‑to‑end planning standards and workflows.
YOUR PROFILE
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Proficient in planning systems (like SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, SAS).
• Nice to have: familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, and system implementation.
