Your role

As a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and developing a planning team, ensuring strong execution across demand, supply, and inventory processes. 
In this role, you will navigate the full end‑to‑end supply chain, collaborating closely with Sales, Commercial, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure optimal product availability, service performance, and process consistency. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across markets and functions, communicating clearly, influencing decisions, and building trusted relationships.

Your tasks

  • Lead and develop a diverse planning team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage advanced planning expertise, strong analytical thinking, and scenario‑building capabilities to optimize supply and demand processes.
  • Understand and navigate end‑to‑end supply chain dynamics, including key linkages with Sales, Marketing, and broader Commercial functions.
  • Communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and regions.
  • Operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment, making quick, data‑driven decisions and maintaining a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning (distribution, production, materials), ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Hands‑on experience with advanced planning systems, such as SAP, JDA, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of people management experience, including coaching, performance development, or leading planning teams.
  • Planning & Organizing: Structure work efficiently and guide others in effective work organization.
  • Teamwork: Encourage collaboration, support colleagues, and build team cohesion.
