YOUR TASKS

• Design and develop scalable AI-native enterprise platforms using modern full stack technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js in a GCP environment.
• Collaborate on frontend development using React and micro-frontend architecture.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems into enterprise workflows.
• Develop and optimize SaaS connectors and data pipelines for intelligent automation.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platform.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps strategy, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Work closely with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Participate in cross-functional engineering initiatives and architectural decisions.
   

YOUR PROFILE

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend and full stack skills.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS).
• Solid understanding of API design, middleware, and authentication flows (OAuth2, SSO).
• Familiarity with micro-frontends and module federation concepts.
• Experience integrating AI models and workflows into production systems.
• Strong grasp of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and disciplines.
• Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Strong communication skills in English (German or Polish are a plus).

Bonus Points

• Experience with additional languages like Java, .NET, Go, or Rust.
• Exposure to mobile or desktop application development.
• Understanding of UX principles and product-centric engineering.
• Track record of zero-to-one product builds or startup-like environments.
• Contributions to engineering culture, mentoring, or internal communities.
