Senior Transformation Consultant - Procurement Focus

YOUR ROLE

You will lead transformation projects end-to-end, combining program management, business design and human-centric change. Your procurement experience will allow you to speak the language of the function, but your real value comes from shaping strategy and solutions, managing stakeholders, and driving adoption.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead project delivery and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Define operating models, governance, process flows and transformation roadmaps.
  • Guide clients through change by combining communication, behavioural engagement and structured adoption planning.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across departments and leadership.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain  transformation, digital procurement programs, P2P/S2P optimisation, sourcing excellence, digital SCM initiatives, shared services or consulting.
  • Practical experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of procurement operating models, governance, buying channels, compliance, risk, supplier lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement and/or SCM systems (SAP MM/Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement or similar).
  • Proven track record of leading workstreams or end-to-end implementations (process, people, training, governance).
  • Ability to translate procurement requirements into clear transformation recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Experience collaborating with category managers, finance controllers, operational buyers, shared services teams and IT.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience in change management (organizational readiness, role changes, communications, adoption planning).
  • ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments.
  • English is a must, German is a plus.
