Senior Transformation & Project Consultant

YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a senior consultant who feels comfortable driving transformations from strategy to execution. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and manage multiple project teams, make key decisions, and guide organizations through major changes — whether it’s new operating models, new systems, or new ways of working. If you enjoy responsibility, complexity, and real impact, you’ll thrive in this role.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs with multi-country or cross-functional scope
• Advise C-level stakeholders and shape strategic transformation direction
• Manage program governance, prioritization, and risk mitigation
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate program workstreams
• Ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
• Drive value realization and define KPIs and performance frameworks
• Represent the transformation program in executive forums
• Mentor consultants and support internal capability development

YOUR PROFILE

• 8+ years of consulting or transformation experience
• Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in change management and project management
• Experience with Agile, digital transformation, or ERP programs
• Fluent English
• German is a plus
