As a Senior T24 Architect, you will help shape the future of Core Banking by defining and guiding the architecture of a large Temenos T24 landscape. You will align business capabilities, technology platforms and long-term strategic goals, supporting stable, resilient banking services while enabling platform modernisation and simplification. 

• evaluate architectural alternatives and guide clear trade-offs across business value, delivery risk and technical complexity
• support Core Banking modernisation and simplification while protecting service stability and resilience
• define critical functional and non-functional requirements for availability, security, performance, scalability, resilience and operability
• guide architecture reviews, assess risks and technical debt, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations
• work closely with business owners, Product and Solution Management, engineering teams, Enterprise Architects and external suppliers
• communicate complex architecture topics clearly and mentor architects and engineers
