Senior End to End Planner- Demand Planning

Your role
As a Senior E2E Planner, you play a key role within Global Supply/Operations Planning by supporting major Delivery Centre projects and cross functional initiatives. You guide process adherence and improvements, act as a knowledge expert for the team, and ensure high service levels, customer satisfaction, and optimal inventory. Your work focuses on balancing supply and demand through analysis, data driven prioritization, and monitoring forecasts and sales trends. You resolve short and mid term availability issues, collaborate closely with regional teams and suppliers, and identify root causes to drive long term service and inventory improvements.
Your tasks
1. Generate the demand forecast
- Develop statistical and baseline forecasts using historical sales and demand drivers
- Model seasonality, trends, pricing, and external factors
- Produce forecasts across short‑, mid‑, and long‑term horizons
- Lead cross‑functional consensus with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply
- Capture, challenge, and align commercial assumptions
2. Monitor forecast performance and bias
- Track forecast accuracy, error, and bias
- Perform root‑cause analysis on forecast deviations
- Implement corrective actions to reduce volatility and rework
- Highlight demand risks and opportunities
Your profile
- University degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business is preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in supply/operations roles within FMCG or international environments.
- Strong planning experience (supply, demand, distribution) and fit to competency expectations.
- Fluent in English and confident in data‑driven decision‑making.
- Skilled in planning systems (SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, SAS).
- Advanced MS Office; experience with SQL, data warehouses, and system implementations is a plus.
- Strong ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset.
