YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development, with a  
• proven track record of leading and delivering complex BI projects.
• Expert-level experience with Power BI or Tableau, demonstrating mastery of data visualization, dashboard development, and advanced features.
• Extensive experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing, ensuring data quality and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of database design and administration, enabling effective data management and optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, facilitating effective team management, client interaction, and collaboration. 
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex BI projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, fostering their professional development and ensuring project success.
• Design and implement complex BI solutions using Power BI or Tableau, incorporating advanced data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes, leveraging cloud-based platforms and modern data architectures.
• Perform advanced data modeling and analysis, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Architect and implement RLS solutions for complex data security requirements, safeguarding sensitive information.
• Conduct workshops with clients to gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Create detailed mockups and prototypes of dashboards and reports, facilitating client understanding and collaboration.
• Provide expert technical and business consulting to clients, guiding them on BI strategies and solution optimization.
• Contribute to the development of BI best practices and standards, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging BI technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and client value.
