Join us and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals. 

Your role

As a Lead SAP MM / Procure-to-Pay Consultant, you will lead international SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, acting as a trusted advisor for end-to-end P2P processes. You will drive solution design and deployment across the procurement landscape, from SAP Ariba through SAP MM to OpenText VIM, while collaborating with global business and IT stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Lead SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay workstreams in international implementation, rollout, and transformation programs.
• Design and implement end-to-end P2P solutions across SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and OpenText VIM.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP MM processes, ensuring seamless integration with Finance, Logistics, and external platforms.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders, coordinate project teams, and support governance, risk, and issue management.

Your profile

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, including extensive hands-on experience in SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Proven track record in leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollout programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP Ariba, OpenText VIM, and end-to-end procurement and invoice management processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations across MM, FI/AP, Logistics, and third-party solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in international environments.
• Experience in business process design, documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2).
• Knowledge of SAP FI/AP integration, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Network, SAP MDG, or basic ABAP debugging skills will be an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
