Security Consultant (Microsoft Security Solutions)

YOUR TASKS
- Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and security strategy.
- Translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Structure problems, perform analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Work hands-on with Microsoft security solutions in complex enterprise environments (Defender Suite, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Intune, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE
- Practical experience (hands-on) with Microsoft security products: configuration, administration, troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure work and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and consulting mindset – comfortable interacting with business stakeholders.
- Desire to grow into security advisory and risk management roles, not just remain in technical operations.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); German or French is a strong plus.
Nice to have:
- Relevant certifications, such as:
- Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals,
- Azure Security Engineer Associate,
- Identity and Access Administrator Associate,
- Security Operations Analyst,
- Information Protection Administrator.
- Other security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are an advantage.
