YOUR TASKS

• Scrum Master & Agile Delivery
• Lead and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
• Coach the team in Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and high delivery performance.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog structuring, prioritization, and user story refinement.
• Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress.
• Ensure delivery transparency through effective use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Technical & AI Product Support
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data/AI teams to understand technical dependencies, risks, and constraints.
• Support teams developing AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment between technical work and product goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PMO & Project Coordination
• Assist in project planning, timeline oversight, risk management, and dependency coordination.
• Contribute to documentation standards, governance requirements, and compliance with organizational processes.
• KPI Measurement & Reporting
• Define, maintain, and report on key delivery and performance metrics (e.g., velocity, predictability, quality, OKRs).
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement by ensuring data-driven decision-making

YOUR PROFILE

• 6–10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development practices.
• Technical acumen with the ability to understand architecture, data workflows, and engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering AI, ML, or data-driven products.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in English (working proficiency or above).

Nice to have:

• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe).
• German language skills.
• Experience with project management or PMO functions.
• Knowledge of enterprise Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
