Sales and Project Controller

Your role
The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.
Your tasks
- Participate in sales meetings, document key actions, and support follow‑up tasks.
- Monitor sales opportunities, update and validate sales‑related data, and ensure accuracy across tools.
- Assist the Staffing Manager with daily coordination, system updates, and data quality checks.
- Monitor and validate employee time entries in the time‑tracking system.
- Manage the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accurate data, required approvals, and timely processing.
- Prepare summaries and validations needed for month‑end activities.
- Handle ongoing and ad hoc operational tasks within PMO and Operations.
Your profile
- Experience in project administration or operational processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (reporting basics, data validation, data handling)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
