Sales Support Analyst

Your tasks

  • Create and maintain Opportunities in Salesforce (THOR), ensuring completeness and data quality
  • Validate the Salesforce sales funnel in line with internal standards and closing requirements
  • Book opportunities and support monthly and quarterly closing activities
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for specific sectors, industries, or key accounts
  • Produce closing reports for the Management Team and Finance Team
  • Prepare, analyze, and balance booking plans, including allocation by industry
  • Lead alignment meetings with Industry Heads and ACPs ahead of THOR closings
  • Conduct financial and sales data analysis, reconciliation, and consistency checks
  • Act as a Salesforce (THOR) Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Invent Denmark
  • Provide Salesforce (THOR) onboarding and trainings for new users
  • Manage access requests for new THOR users
  • Prepare and maintain the Sales League File
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support activities (e.g. BCS archiving in SharePoint).

Your profile

  • Experience in sales support, sales operations, business analysis, controlling, or similar roles
  • Have hands-on experience with Salesforce THOR
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with financial and sales data
  • Experience preparing management-level reports and dashboards
  • High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset
  • Ability to coordinate and align multiple stakeholders across sales and finance
  • Very good English skills (C1+) in an international working environment
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines

  • Have worked in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Are comfortable leading alignment discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Have experience supporting international markets or cross-country teams
  • Bring a proactive mindset and enjoy improving sales processes and reporting
