Your role
In this role you will lead the acquisition and delivery of technology and advisory project for Public Sector Clients with strong focus on EU Institutions across Europe. The role covers the full project lifecycle — from identifying tender opportunities and preparing proposals to managing project implementation and client relationships. The key in this role is ability to recruit and scale a public sector consulting team to support growth. The Public Sector Leader will be based in Poland and will closely cooperate with Public Sector Leaders across Europe.
Your tasks
Global Integration and Local team building
- Cooperate closely with global Public Sectors Leaders across key European Markets
- Recruit and scale-up the team to ensure delivery of large-scale public-sector projects
- Take ownership for the team and projects from strategy to execution
Proposal & Bid Management
- Develop proposal structures, timelines, and work plans.
- Prepare all financial and technological proposals.
Client Engagement
- Prepare and deliver presentations to EU institutions and public sector clients.
- Present the proposed methodology and project value.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Project Delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and governance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality outputs and effective client communication.
Your profile
- +10 years in public-sector advisory or technology projects
- Good understanding of EU Institutions
- Proven delivery of complex transformation with technology component
- Experience working in international and consortium environments.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of EU institutions and EU procurement frameworks
- Proposal writing and analytical skills.
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Education & Languages
- Degree in European Studies, Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Economics, Management, or similar.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and Polish; additional EU languages are an advantage.
