Your role

As the Project Execution Manager you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of approved product initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across functions, systems and stakeholders. This role drives project governance, execution excellence, regulatory compliance and delivery readiness while leading a team of execution specialists and supporting continuous process improvement. 

Your tasks

• Lead the execution of product launches, changes, and portfolio initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Manage project governance, execution readiness, data quality, risk management, and approval processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, Procurement, Product Development, and Market stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and delivery against project milestones and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and business standards across all execution activities.
• Lead execution process improvements, capability-building initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
• Manage, coach, and develop Project Execution Leads, Specification Experts, and Print Specialists.
• Provide clear communication, progress reporting, and stakeholder engagement across markets and regions. 

Your profile

• Min. 6 years of experience in project management, product lifecycle management, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent project governance, risk management, and execution planning skills.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, regulated industries, or product commercialization environments is preferred.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach with willingness to adapt to changing processes and tools.
• Fluent English.
• Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.
