YOUR TASKS

• Design and implement strategies to ensure business continuity, addressing both operational and cybersecurity risks and aligning with DORA and industry best practices.
• Monitor and enhance resilience strategies based on feedback, audits and lessons learned.
• Assess operational and cyber risks, recommend mitigation strategies and ensure resilience measures address both.
• Lead or support business continuity drills, disaster recovery tests and cyberattack simulations to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
• Work with departments, including IT and cybersecurity, to align resilience strategies with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DORA and other regulations by incorporating resilience and cybersecurity into plans and protocols.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that improve resilience, including monitoring tools, disaster recovery and cybersecurity measures.  

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in Business, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Finance, Math, Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications in business continuity, operational resilience or cybersecurity are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, operational risk management or cybersecurity, ideally within regulated industries like banking or insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of operational resilience frameworks, business continuity management (BCM), disaster recovery strategies and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with regulations such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), GDPR, FCA, PRA, NIS2 and industry standards impacting resilience and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and their integration with operational resilience to safeguard critical infrastructure.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing complex operational and cybersecurity challenges.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting resilience and cybersecurity strategies to senior stakeholders effectively.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering resilience and cybersecurity projects, from planning to execution.
