YOUR TASKS

•    Provide expertise on secure development and the security of programming languages and development frameworks.
•    Perform security testing and security code reviews to improve software security.
•    Onboard software applications into application security testing tools, such as static analysis tools (OpenText Fortify and Sonatype NexusIQ) or web application scanning tools (Qualys WAS).
•    Create or adapt existing CI/CD pipelines to launch security scans automatically. 
•    Assist development teams in troubleshooting and debugging security issues.
•    Document recurring issues and update secure coding guidelines.
•    Occasionally train software team members on secure coding practices and tools.
•    Ensure that application security norms and standards are respected by development projects.
•    Provide regular reporting on the security level and vulnerabilities of software applications.

YOUR PROFILE

•    Strong familiarity with Sonatype Lifecycle (Nexus IQ) for Software Composition Analysis (SCA).
•    Experience using Qualys WAS for Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST).
•    Exposure to penetration testing and threat modeling practices.
•    Proficient with OpenText Fortify (SAST), including both SSC and CLI (required), and FoD (optional).
•    Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, with a preference for Azure DevOps, as well as Jenkins and GitLab.
•    Ability to communicate risk clearly and effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
•    Strong collaboration skills and a coaching mindset, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
