O365 Support Engineer (with German)

Your role
You ensure the smooth, reliable operation of our M365/O365 environment and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. You manage daily operations, support users across Windows and Apple devices, and handle incidents, changes, and service requests. Through system health checks, quality assurance, and alignment with the client, you help maintain a stable, secure, and efficient digital workplace while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Your tasks
- Run standard operations for M365/O365 services.
- Serve as the main contact for internal and external communications.
- Support M365/O365 usage on Windows and Apple mobile devices.
- Handle incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
- Perform regular system health checks and align parameter updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Work closely with the client on operational alignment.
- Identify and propose automation opportunities.
Your profile
- 7–10 years of experience with MS Office / M365 / O365.
- Administrative knowledge of M365/O365 technologies.Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and servant‑leadership skills.
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Solid Microsoft Windows skills.
- Proficiency in English and German.
