Monitoring Program Analyst

Your role
This role is responsible for executing control tests, reviewing documentation, validating evidence, and identifying anomalies across defined monitoring areas. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured procedures. The analyst contributes to maintaining high compliance standards, preparing reporting outputs, and supporting monitoring insights that strengthen internal controls.
Your tasks
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for new and existing controls.
- Ensure test plans meet internal requirements and obtain required approvals.
- Analyze testing results to identify trends, gaps, and control deficiencies.
- Prepare clear summaries, monthly/quarterly presentations, and stakeholder updates.
- Communicate findings and recommendations during debriefs.
- Address queries related to testing outcomes or data irregularities.
- Review evidence and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Escalate inconsistencies, missing documentation, or unclear entries.
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, compliance monitoring, audit support, control testing, or other analytical operational roles with Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience using data analysis or reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other visualization platforms, as well as familiarity with workflow documentation or process mapping.
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow structured, procedure-driven workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data tables or structured datasets.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on regular shifts with occasional weekend shifts.
