YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and enhance digital intake solutions using the WEM nocode platform, supporting largescale international deployments 
• Translate business and functional requirements into highquality, scalable nocode applications using WEM’s draganddrop and lowcode capabilities 
• Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of applications by identifying issues, proposing enhancements, and implementing solutions 
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams in an international environment 
• Create, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and solution sustainability 
• Support Capgemini’s delivery standards by ensuring quality, reliability, and maintainability of delivered solutions 

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience working with NoCode/LowCode platforms.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands‑on experience in React.
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with Playwright or other test automation tools.
• Experience or interest in working in the leasing or financial services domain.
• English at B2+ level, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to cooperate in an international environment.
