Junior Demand Planner

Your role

As a Junior Demand Planner, you will support demand planning and forecasting activities within the Global Supply and Operations Planning team. Working closely with experienced planners and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help analyze demand trends, maintain forecast data, and monitor planning performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills, gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, and contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels and high customer service standards in a dynamic international environment.

Your tasks

  • Generate demand forecasts using historical sales data, demand drivers, and statistical forecasting methods.
  • Analyze seasonality, market trends, pricing impacts, and external factors influencing demand.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to build and align consensus forecasts.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify demand risks and opportunities while supporting inventory optimization and service level improvements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, planning projects, and knowledge-sharing activities across the organization.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Around 6 months of experience in demand planning, supply chain, logistics, forecasting, or a similar area.
  • Understanding of supply chain and planning processes.
  • Very good command of English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills; familiarity with ERP or planning systems will be an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
