Your Role
As a Junior Demand Planner, you'll be at the heart of our Global Supply & Operations Planning team, helping ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. You'll support major Delivery Centre projects and cross-functional initiatives, bringing your analytical mindset and planning expertise to balance supply and demand in a fast-paced, international environment.
You'll be a go-to person for the team, driving process improvements, keeping service levels high. If you love working with data, solving complex puzzles, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you.
Your Tasks
- Building and refining demand forecasts using historical sales data, seasonality, trends, pricing signals, and external market factors.
- Producing forecasts across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to support confident business planning.
- Leading cross-functional consensus sessions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to align on commercial assumptions.
- Tracking forecast accuracy, identifying bias, and performing root-cause analysis on deviations.
- Resolving short- and mid-term availability issues quickly and collaboratively.
- Working closely with regional teams and suppliers to tackle challenges and drive long-term service improvements.
- Turning data into clear, actionable insights that help the business stay ahead.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a demand planning role, ideally within an FMCG or international supply chain environment.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end planning processes, demand, supply, and distribution.
- Comfortable working with planning tools such as SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, or SAS.
- Proficient in MS Office, with any experience in SQL or data warehouses considered a real plus.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, you're confident presenting data and influencing decisions across teams.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
