YOUR TASKS
- Work closely with clients to understand and address their business challenges using your insurance and technology expertise.
- Organize and lead workshops to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Assist testers in defining coverage, validating scenarios, and providing necessary clarifications.
- Analyze and reengineer business processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Lead playback sessions and user story walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact solution delivery and adoption.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and preparation of proposals.
- Create and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive quality, share best practices, and disseminate knowledge across the team.
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in Economics & Finance, Math, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in insurance advisory or insurance company, focusing on large-scale transformation, digitalization, and migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
- Understanding of market trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Blockchain, AI) and their impact on the insurance industry.
- Technical experience in developing requirements and specifications, software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, and testing.
- Experience working with developers, testers, and stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
- Appreciation of current market trends and their impact on key industry players.
- Experience with software engineering methodologies and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with the insurance value chain and core insurance platforms.
