Your tasks

• We are seeking an AI Developer who thrives at turning AI/ML concepts into production-ready solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications that deliver measurable business value. A high level of English proficiency and strong communication skills are essential. Polish language skills are a plus.
• Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying AI/ML models and generative AI solutions using GCP-native services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API.
• You will build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, evaluation, and serving.
• Ensuring solutions meet production standards for scalability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices will be central to your role.
• Staying current with GCP AI innovations and emerging industry trends is key to continuously improving development practices.

Your profile

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer building and deploying models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands-on expertise in Vertex AI and related GCP AI services.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX) and MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
• C1-level English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• GCP Professional Certification.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience writing production-grade code including REST APIs and microservices.

• More than one GCP Certification.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering. Architecture certifications in Azure or AWS.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
