YOUR TASKS

• Lead collaborative projects with banking industry leaders, simplifying processes, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment. Design and lead projects, contributing to Capgemini Invent's growth through innovative solutions and business development.
• Tackle challenges head-on, identifying and analyzing roadblocks to successful project delivery.
• Utilize your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to exceed team objectives.
• Collaborate seamlessly in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in business performance.
• Dive deep into data, uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions for high-level stakeholders within banks.
• Drive the implementation of Basel IV standards, elevating risk management frameworks for top-tier banks and ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluency in English and French is a must.
• Experience in Structured Financing, demonstrating a strong grasp of product lifecycles and negotiation workflows.
• Proven ability to connect with front officers and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in organizing large datasets and delivering engaging presentations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, navigating regulatory investigations with ease.
• Skill in analyzing credit memos and understanding business contexts.
