Field Compliance Analyst

Your role
Your tasks
- Assist on the issue handling and remediation planning
- Contribute to designing remediation approaches for issues identified through relevant monitoring programs.
- Perform issue intake, triage, and categorization based on severity, risk, and required action.
- Support remediation execution, ensuring timely tracking, follow up, and stakeholder coordination.
- Conduct closure reviews to validate completeness of remediation documentation.
- Perform trend analysis reports to highlight issue patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide insights to improve internal controls and reduce recurrence of compliance issues.
- Assess remediation effectiveness to ensure actions taken address root causes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain appropriate issue governance and communication.
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance, operations, audit, issue management, or a similar function.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience with dashboards, data tools, and reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
- Bachelor's Degree
