Field Compliance Analyst

Your role

Your tasks

• Assist on the issue handling and remediation planning
• Contribute to designing remediation approaches for issues identified through relevant monitoring programs.
• Perform issue intake, triage, and categorization based on severity, risk, and required action.
• Support remediation execution, ensuring timely tracking, follow up, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct closure reviews to validate completeness of remediation documentation.
• Perform trend analysis reports to highlight issue patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide insights to improve internal controls and reduce recurrence of compliance issues.
• Assess remediation effectiveness to ensure actions taken address root causes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain appropriate issue governance and communication.

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, operations, audit, issue management, or a similar function.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with dashboards, data tools, and reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
• Bachelor's Degree
