Factory Inbound Logistics Specialist

YOUR ROLE

As a Factory Inbound Logistics Specialist, you will support inbound and interplant logistics flows, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth factory operations. Your work will impact supply chain efficiency, delivery performance, and data accuracy. You will track shipments, handle exceptions, maintain system data, and collaborate with factories, logistics partners, and internal teams while building expertise in inbound logistics processes.

YOUR TASKS

  • Support execution of inbound and interplant logistics flows across the region.
  • Assist with delivery scheduling, receiving alignment, and exception handling.
  • Track shipments, update ETAs, and monitor delivery status.
  • Identify delays or risks and escalate in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with factories and logistics partners to meet delivery windows.
  • Resolve operational issues in line with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate system data and support logistics reporting.
  • Prepare import customs documentation and collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and compliance teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
  • Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics tools.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organizational skills, and effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Availability to work late shifts.
