Your role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Export Specialist to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely execution of international shipments. This role requires strong knowledge of export processes and documentation, hands-on experience coordinating logistics, and the ability to collaborate effectively across supply chain, customer service, and external partners. The ideal candidate combines operational precision with problem‑solving skills to secure efficient export flows and outstanding service to global customers. 

Your tasks

• Coordinate daily export operations to ensure compliant and timely shipments.
• Prepare complete and accurate export documentation for global destinations.
• Arrange transport with freight forwarders and carriers in line with Incoterms.
• Track shipment status and resolve issues to secure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain data accuracy across export and logistics systems.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to customs and trade regulations.
• Manage export‑related master data and update process documentation.
• Communicate export risks, delays, and requirements to internal teams.

Your profile

• 2-4 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Practical experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Ability to analyze data and work confidently with Excel and logistics systems.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional and external coordination.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
