Your role

E2E Planner's role makes sure supply, capacity, and production plans come together smoothly so operations run efficiently. It focuses on spotting risks early, balancing priorities like service, cost, and inventory and finding practical solutions. It also works closely with different teams to turn plans into clear, day-to-day production actions.

Your tasks

  • Develops and executes integrated production, capacity, and supply plans across all horizons to ensure stable, efficient operations.
  • Identifies and mitigates supply risks through inventory analysis, constraint resolution, and contingency planning.
  • Balances demand, capacity, materials, and assets to deliver feasible MPS aligned with service, cost, and inventory targets.
  • Leads long-term capacity planning via RCCP, scenario modelling, and bottleneck management.
  • Translates weekly MPS into daily production schedules, managing material risks and execution constraints.
  • Drives cross-functional alignment with DRP, MRP, operations, procurement, commercial, and finance teams.
  • Optimizes the supply network using modelling and cost-to-serve vs service trade-off analysis.
  • Ensures strong planning governance through KPI tracking, constraint validation, and alignment across planning horizons.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain planning roles within FMCG or international environments.
  • Strong planning experience (supply, material, distribution) and fit to competency expectations.
  • Good understanding of service, cost, and inventory trade-offs in supply chain decision-making.
  • Proficiency in planning systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder or similar)
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (Power BI, experience with SQL, data warehouses, and system implementations is a plus).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and perform scenario analysis.
  • Fluent in English, wirtten and spoken..
  • University degree or technical background (logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business is preferred).
  • Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00).
