Your role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to drive accurate forecasting, support S&OP processes, and ensure strong supply chain performance. This role requires hands-on experience with statistical forecasting tools, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate business drivers into robust demand plans.
Your tasks

Develop accurate end‑to‑end plans across demand, supply, and inventory at SKU level using data and statistical models.

Manage phase‑in/phase‑out processes and planning for promotional and strategic initiatives.

Review, validate, and adjust statistical outputs to ensure balanced E2E planning accuracy.

Lead cross-functional consensus processes across demand, supply, commercial, and finance teams.

Prepare and maintain E2E planning dashboards, KPIs, and scenario analyses.

Document key assumptions across the full planning cycle (demand, supply, inventory).

Ensure data integrity and system alignment across all planning platforms (demand, supply, MRP, IBP).

Communicate risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to key stakeholders across the value chain.
Your profile
-
2-4 years of experience in E2E planning, demand planning, supply planning, or forecasting within FMCG or other regulated sectors.

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or Business.

Hands-on experience with SAP APO, IBP, or related integrated planning platforms.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets using advanced Excel and statistical/analytical tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in an end‑to‑end context.

Effective communication skills for cross-functional alignment and influence.

High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, interconnected planning environment.
