Digital Supply Chain / Procurement Consultant

YOUR TASKS

• Planning new systems that address any issues with the current systems​
• Collaborating with the IT team to implement your plan​
• Testing the new solutions to validate that they are working as expected​
• Reporting back on all improvements made, as well as any setbacks​
• Creating training processes and documentation to teach others how to use new systems​
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in information systems​
• Ensuring that all budget and timeline constraints are met

YOUR PROFILE

• 4-5 years of experience in supply chain or related fields as a systems analyst or in a similar position ( C)​
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement or related fields (internships are welcome) ​
• Prior experience as a systems analyst or in a similar position will be an asset ​
• Negotiation and risk analysis as well as procurement procedures and contract management specialization​
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and knowledge of Source-to-Pay systems like: Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Synertrade, or similar​
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German – working proficiency level (C1) is a minimum​
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English – communicative level (B2) is a minimum​
• a degree in computer science, information systems, or economics​
• An analytical mind that can draw conclusions from data
