Your role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to drive accurate forecasting, support S&OP processes, and ensure strong supply chain performance. This role requires hands-on experience with statistical forecasting tools, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate business drivers into robust demand plans. 

Your tasks

• Develop accurate SKU-level forecasts using data and statistical models.
• Manage phase-in/phase-out and promotional forecasting.
• Review and adjust statistical outputs to improve accuracy.
• Lead consensus planning with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare demand dashboards and KPIs.
• Document key forecast assumptions.
• Ensure data integrity across planning systems.
• Communicate demand risks and opportunities to supply teams.

Your profile

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within FMCG or regulated sectors.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or Business.
• Hands-on experience with SAP APO, IBP, or related planning platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets using advanced Excel and statistical tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
