Your role

As a Data Science Consultant, you will develop AI solutions, including LLM, Agentic AI, and RAG applications, to solve business challenges. You will analyze and interpret data, research innovative approaches, and support process automation and integration. Working closely with engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver impactful data-driven solutions. You will also communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way to non-technical audiences.

Your tasks

  • Creating AI models and solutions
  • Developing complex LLM, Agentic, RAG applications models that integrate business rules and requirements.
  • Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges.
  • Collecting and interpreting data
  • Automating and integrating processes
  • Communicating and meeting with engineers, IT teams, and other interested parties
  • Sharing complex ideas verbally and visually in an understandable manner with non-technical stakeholders

Your profile

  • University degree and/or advanced coursework in statistics, programming and AI
  • Understanding of AI, statistics, machine learning, deep learning
  • 3+ (at least 3) years of experience preferably in Data Science, Data Engineer, Data Analytics
  • Experience and/ or understanding concepts of machine learning, artificial intelligence, text mining and related. 
  • Knowledge and experience with LLM framework orchestrator like Langchain/Langgraph or similar
  • Proficiency in Python , preferable also framework like FastAPI
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries
  • English and Polish (B2-C1 level)
  • Outstanding communication skills
