WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a creative and experienced Data Scientist to join our team and help us tackle data analytics challenges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and interpreting large volumes of data from various sources, creating solutions to overcome analytical challenges, and communicating with stakeholders.
YOUR TASKS
- Conducting meetings with team members regarding projects
- Collecting and interpreting data
- Automating and integrating processes
- Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges
- Developing complex mathematical models that integrate business rules and requirements
- Creating machine learning models
- Communicating and meeting with engineers, IT teams, and other stakeholders
- Conveying complex ideas in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and visually
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in business/data roles
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with data analyst skills
- Advanced Excel skills and data modeling are required.
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Proficiency in writing algorithms and knowing when to apply them
- Excellent understanding of statistics, calculus, and linear algebra
- Advanced coursework in Machine Learning and programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying data trends and opportunities - acquainted with latest GenAI framework
- Ability to work in a team, openness to feedback, and collaboration with the Client
- Fluency in Polish due to communication with the Client and English at B2/C1 level, as you'll be a part of multinational team
