Your role
As Data Analyst, you will support global licensing and commercial operations by analyzing and validating data used in pricing proposals and licensing agreements. Using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, you will ensure data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and support business stakeholders with reliable insights and reporting. You will work closely with international teams to maintain data quality, support compliance requirements, and contribute to efficient decision-making processes.
Your tasks
- Analyze licensing agreements, pricing sheets, and related documentation to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with established policies.
- Support the creation, processing, and validation of volume licensing contracts and pricing proposals.
- Deliver pricing calculations, non-standard product pricing updates, and custom pricing adjustments in line with business requirements.
- Monitor the quality, accuracy, and policy compliance of pricing proposals before submission.
- Review commercial and licensing data to identify discrepancies, errors, and potential compliance risks.
- Collaborate with international sales, licensing, and operational teams to resolve pricing- and contract-related queries.
- Manage contract processing activities resulting from system limitations, operational exceptions, or tool-related issues.
- Support stakeholders with data analysis, reporting, and insights that contribute to operational excellence and informed business decision-making.
Your profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in data analysis, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, reporting, and analytical functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues while managing multiple priorities and delivering accurate results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment and collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to work 100% from the office.
