Data Analyst with Spanish

Your role

In this role, you are responsible for end-to-end case handling, risk control, and compliance governance, ensuring all activities align with defined SOPs, business rules, and timelines. You apply AML & KYC expertise to assess violations, verify documentation integrity, and support data-driven decision-making. The position involves preparing risk insights and execution plans for governance forums, contributing to compliance and financial management outcomes. Additionally, you support knowledge sharing and capability building within the team by contributing to training initiatives and strengthening overall operational excellence.

Your tasks

• Receive and verify global customer and partner violation reports
• Develop and apply tiered penalties for violations
• Submit high-risk cases to the governance committee, including execution plans for compliance and financial management
• Regularly evaluate historical violation records and adjust partner risk levels based on frequency
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM platform
• Generate compliance and risk management reports using Power BI, including monitoring incentive fund distribution and violation handling
• Ensure effective communication and reporting related to data processing
• Process signals for vetting and monitoring entities according to defined SOPs and business rules

Your profile

• Must be fluent in Spanish & English with writing, speaking & reading skills
• Analytical skills; attention to detail; Methodical mindset of problem solving
• Flexible & ability to manage heavy workload (help meet deadlines & deliver high standards of work by planning & prioritizing)
• Strong team-work skills with ability to work independently
