DEC & Policy Execution Team Lead

Your role

The role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing cases in accordance with defined procedures and compliance requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, documentation completeness, and adherence to risk and governance controls across the workflow.

Your tasks

• Oversee gatekeeping activities, including reviewing incoming items, assigning tickets, and monitoring workflow.
• Respond to support tickets and resolve toll‑related issues with relevant teams.
• Collect, verify, and prepare documentation for reviewer use.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure case completeness and adherence to standards.
• Support reviewers with follow-ups, clarifications, and coordination throughout the process.
• Improve data quality and reduce manual inconsistencies.
• Execute case handling and risk-control activities as defined in the workflow.
• Support governance processes by submitting high‑risk cases with required documentation and recommendations.

Your profile

• Must be fluent in English with strong written, verbal, and reading skills.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
• Working knowledge of workflow or ticketing systems, preferred
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail and a methodical mindset for problem solving.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on regular shifts and occasionally on weekend shifts.
