Your Tasks
•Design and implement ECM solutions based on OpenText technologies
•Work with OpenText Content Server, xECM for SAP and/or AppWorks
•Integrate ECM platforms with clients’ business applications
•Ensure end‑to‑end information lifecycle management: creation, publication, archiving and deletion
•Analyze business requirements and challenges related to unstructured information
•Collaborate closely with clients and project teams using Agile methodologies (Waterfall when applicable)
•Support the management and development of ECM solution portfolios for clients
•Share knowledge within the team and support less experienced consultants through mentoring
Your Profile
•A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field
•Hands‑on experience working with ECM solutions
•Practical knowledge of OpenText platforms (Content Server, xECM for SAP, AppWorks)
•Experience working in software delivery projects using Agile methodologies (DevOps, SAFe are a plus)
•Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
•Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on quality and sustainable delivery
Nice to have
•Experience with Cloud technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
•Knowledge of CI/CD practices
•Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members
