Your role
At Capgemini Invent, we make change real for organizations by turning strategy into sustainable action.
We're seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to work closely with clients on high-impact transformation projects. This client-facing role requires navigating complexity and delivering tangible results.
Our projects focus on digital, HR, and enterprise transformations using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and ServiceNow. Responsibilities may include leading change initiatives or blending change management with project delivery.
You will advise leaders and teams to ensure changes are understood, adopted, and sustained.
Your tasks
- Support the Project Lead initially, with the perspective of independently managing workstreams or end-to-end change initiatives
- Deliver change management activities in transformation and implementation projects
- Adapt change and project management responsibilities to client needs
- Design and apply tailored change strategies using established change management frameworks
- Manage the full change lifecycle, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication and training planning
- Coordinate and support change workstreams within larger transformation programmes
- Prepare structured management presentations and progress updates
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders and leadership teams
- Collaborate with client, business and technology teams in international environments
- Track change adoption, assess risks and drive improvement actions
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in change management, transformation or project management
- Practical experience applying change management frameworks in transformation programmes
- Consulting mindset with client-facing, advisory experience
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and experience communicating with management
- English at C1 level or higher for international project work
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic transformation environments
- High proficiency in PowerPoint (must-have)
Nice to have:
- German language skills at C1 level or higher
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or ServiceNow transformations
- Solid project management background (Agile, waterfall or hybrid)
- Experience in global transformation programmes
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and senior stakeholder sessions
- Proficiency with tools such as Miro, Jira, MS Project, Teams and PowerPoint
