YOUR ROLE

As our Change Manager & Project Catalyst, you will be at the heart of our transformation journey—empowering teams, influencing strategy, and making a real impact on our future. YOUR TASKS

• Design, implement, and lead change management initiatives that unlock organizational potential and drive lasting results.
• Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, leveraging project management best practices to deliver on time and within scope.
• Champion communication and engagement across teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and energized throughout the change process.
• Utilize leading methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Agile frameworks, and PMBOK standards to create a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Apply modern digital tools—including MS Project, Jira, Trello, and collaboration platforms—to streamline project delivery and maximize transparency.
• Coach stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus across diverse groups to ensure change initiatives resonate and take root.
• Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and celebrate successes, turning lessons learned into future wins.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in change management and project management within fast-paced, evolving organizations.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as Prosci, Agile, and PMBOK; certified practitioners are highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in English—able to express complex ideas clearly and build strong relationships across cultures.
• Skilled in using project management and change tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Miro, and communication platforms (Teams, Slack).
• Growth mindset, resilience, and a knack for inspiring others to embrace change.
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, with a strategic perspective and attention to detail.
• Experience in multicultural or global teams is a plus.
