YOUR ROLE

Join a team that supports Copilot Studio implementations and API integrations from the business side! We are looking for someone who will be a catalyst for change, combining project management expertise with the ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with our developer team. Your role will be to lead transformation, manage change and projects, and ensure that technical solutions meet real business needs.

Together with our technical team, we form a unified project team—your focus is on business, communication, implementation, and adoption, while our developers handle the technical delivery.

YOU TASKS

• Lead and coordinate transformational projects and change management initiatives related to Copilot Studio and API integration deployments.
• Collaborate with the developer team to define business requirements, priorities, and implementation timelines.
• Manage stakeholder communication and engagement—from end users to management.
• Design and execute adoption plans for new solutions, including training, workshops, and communication materials.
• Monitor progress, measure implementation outcomes, and report results to key stakeholders.
• Support the technical team by translating business language into functional requirements and vice versa.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, openness to innovation, and continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in change management and project management (preferably in IT, digital, or transformation environments).
• Knowledge of methodologies: Prosci ADKAR, Agile, PMBOK, SCRUM.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Miro, Teams).
• Advanced English skills (working in an international environment).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with both technical and business teams.
• Proactive attitude, resilience to change, and a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, automation, or system integration projects.
• Practice working in international teams or consulting environments.
• Understanding of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure implementation processes (nice to have, not required).
