YOUR ROLE

• Work on exciting projects, tackle complex challenges, and help our clients shape the future of their IT and technology organizations.
• Advise senior management of international clients across industries, focusing on strategic and transformational topics such as: IT Strategy, Operating Model & Performance (including IT cost optimization), Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Business Transformation (including FinOps), Scaling Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Identify innovative strategies and optimize IT processes and technology landscapes,
• Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients’ digital agendas,
• Contribute to strengthening clients’ business strategies through cutting-edge IT concepts and target operating models.

YOUR PROFILE

• trong IT/technology project management experience.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy & Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation & FinOps, Generative AI and Agentic AI at scale.
• Passion for digital transformation and innovative technologies.
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and confident presence.
• Excellent academic background in business, technology, or information systems.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required

Nice to have

• Relevant project management certifications, e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe (strong plus).
• German or French language skills (strong plus).
• Industry specialization, particularly in Financial Services.
• Experience in IT cost reduction initiatives.
